Mindful in Nature

Our Mindful in Nature sessions couple the regenerative benefits of practising mindfulness with the uninhibited, unrefined and wildness of our natural surroundings.

Helping decrease anxiety, stress and depression, lower heart rate and blood pressure, better physical health, improved memory, cognitive function and coping skills to daily life challenges are just a few of the ways mindful approaches may help.

We offer a variety of locations, weaving the practice closely into nature’s playground. Tune your senses into the smell of the sea, the warmth of the sun on your skin, the sound of the wind dancing around your ears and earth’s grounding. All the while, overlooking extraordinary views of Cornwall’s enchanting coastline and woodland. Sessions can feature body scans, mindful eating, movement and meditation.

Taking place in various breath-taking locations, sessions last 1 hour.

Groups £10 per session.

1:1 £30 per session.

Please contact me if you wish to participate in a guided mindful meditation online. There can be flexibility to the session with your individuality in mind.
